Elder Tiell (TEA-el) is known as a kind and intelligent man, taught by the Iskari High Council as a child to be a peacemaker. He holds the powerful ability to influence his surroundings emotionally, as well as understanding languages.
This includes magical language--making Elder Tiell an expert communicator, orator, debater, and deliberator.
Elder Tiell is a second-generation Council member, his father--Elder Lindell--was a gold robe and second counselor to Delnar, The High Elder.
Tiell holds a seat on the Council as a white robe.
