Caleb is a remarkable youth, having been entrusted with tremendous responsibilities after his parents died.
Raised by his nana (grandfather) along with his spirited sister, Kyliene, Caleb sought to be of service in Sanctuary. His wish was granted, when Caleb's uncle, Delnar (The High Elder) offered him a stewardship of running messages for the Council throughout Sanctuary.

Caleb first appeared in the book Prelude to a Hero.
