Cathrica Regina (1) is the common form of address used by the Imperatrix of Hyperborea's theocratic Holy Cathrican Empire. As the spiritual centre of The Crusade, it was she who conceptualized, codified and popularlized the atheistic articles of faith used to allow the Crusaders to bring a reckoning to the corrupt divinities of the time.
When the Crusade was over she refined those ideas into the Cathricene Creed, the ethos at the heart of Cathricism . She is widely beloved in the Empire which shares her name as the Protector of the People, and a stateswoman without peer. Her partner is Kal Invictus Rex,

The Queen's Ministry (alt. Ministry of Mercy) safeguards and provides for the spiritual and physical well-being of the people; Her saints are healers, rainmakers, and teachers. They preach her Word from pulpits and travel the lands protecting the common folk, driving out the darkness and performing healing miracles in Her name. Her liaison to the Clergy is the Abbess of Maunder.
