The pricey estate is a pinnacle of luxurious sustainability: spacious rooms, environment-conscious amenities, solar-powered energy, and secret quarters for conducting privy business.

This large kitchen is much more than the Nellindills expected when they first purchased the home. Indeed a room built for culinary excellence with industrial appliances, commercial grade tile flooring, and enough room for an entire crew of gourmet chefs to work comfortably at preparing a meal for quite a large crowd. There are hanging pots and pans, a block of sharp knives, and many drawers to house various supplies that could be used in the kitchen when cooking or just to have on hand for emergencies such as candles, batteries, and assorted tools.
There are four doors in this large kitchen. One leads to the Stairwell where you can access theback Garden, and the Basement, one leads into the open floor of the Parlour, one provides entry behind the bar in the same room, and the last goes straight into the Dining Hall.
