Lieutenant James Hutchison

Lieutenant James Hutchison is an American war hero, or something like that, so you've heard. You actually haven't heard much about him before tonight. He doesn't seem the type to be in the limelight anyways. He does seem like a person who stands up for what he believes in. He also seems to be very observant- but not quite to the degree of paranoia. Still, you can tell that he's prepared, and possibly even expecting, something to go down.

Lieutenant James Hutchison is a United States citizen. He spent many years in the US military but is aware that much improvement should befall all the governments of the world. He has since retired from duty, but uses his training and knowledge to help empower others. James cares deeply for the environment. He also has a heart for the people, but he stays on high alert for those who may mean harm to others and himself. For this reason, he carries a few concealed weapons on his person, including a gun and a knife. He also has a few multitools and is a person who is skilled at making fixes out of ordinary objects.
