Built in the late 2010s, this grand, modern estate located in Australia is a sleek example of fashionable sustainability. It was constructed with the environment in mind and has been constantly updated with the latest eco-friendly renovations ever since. Most of its fixtures and furnishings were created from sustainably resourced materials. Its several large windows provide natural lighting to reduce energy usage. Solar panels have been added to the roof to supply electricity to the home. Plants are an essential staple around the property, both outdoors and inside. The gardens are filled with botanicals that beautify and serve other purposes. The potted plants within the home contribute in a likewise manner. Each of the house's elements showcase its environmentally conscious luxury.
Brenda and Darius Nellindill purchased the mansion about a year after their severance with renowned billionaire Ned Bevy who attempted to purchase the Nellindill Plastics Company. Independently, the couple revised their business and made known their commitment to change the ways of their company, including the swapping of their entire brand image from Nellindill Plastics Company to Nellindill Packaging Company.
