Osternfel Civil War of 1201

Following a dramatic increase in levy duties while fighting the Hegemony of Xesian, several eastern vassals requested independence from the Empreses of Osternfel. When she refused, they declared her rule as tyrannical and took up arms against her. The war ended during the Great Kadian Split, with the forces of Osternfel being occupied assisting Light's Hand.
