Glimmir

Glimmir, also known as Star-Stuff or Astral Water, is a semi-liquid substance that can be found in the Astral Plane. It only has niche usage, most of it for esthetic purposes. It seems to also hold some useful magical properties, notably making the lenses in Observatory of Mirag; the material properties, reactions, and possible applications are amongst the most researched topics in MIT.

Glimmir is known to cause precession in rojos it comes in contact with; due to its ability to evaporate and fill the volume of its container while remaining a fluid, handling it may be dangerous.
If isolated properly from notional rojos, glimmir is regarded as stable; the half life is inversely proportional to the square of the contact area between glimmir and notional rojos.
