Branch Overseer

A branch Overseer is the highest pedagogical rank a non-Magus wizard can attain. They are in charge of the maintaining the the smooth operation of the day-to-day operations of their branch. Those duties include the handling of students' legal matters and scouting of candidates for the Nullifiers.
