Daunka Province and Viluran Republic

Despite being on opposite sides of the world, the Daunka Province and Viluran Republic both seem to celebrate the Natural Mother in the same ways. This also seems to be a consistent way that followers of Mandra and Druids seem to celebrate Everbloom Night.   Once a year, during the day of celebration, the Everbloom flowers. During this time a great collection takes place, especially as a patch of Everbloom tend to change the position they flower every year. Once those who are following the celebration have an Everbloom, they start writing things they want to let go of from the previous year. This could be worries, concerns, losses, or anything the person wants to release. The notes are places within the Everbloom and held within the house for the day.   During the day, each family unit forms a large meal that celebrates the vibrancy and color of the natural world to celebrate its majesty. Once the meal has been consumed, the family gathers their Everblooms and take them outside. On the gust of a wind each person with an Everbloom says a small prayer and releases it. All of the Everblooms launch into the air and fly into the sky, filling it like stars. This starts the cycle as the Everbloom wilts and its pollen and seeds fly on the wind to where they will be found the next year.

Ember Isles

While known to worship different deities, those of Lyrin descent take heed of the natural world and their form of Mandra, Ulosata. The Everbloom Night, or Ulosirana Kikoma, is a day upon which a great celebration takes place of new life. Many Lyrin people consider Ulosata as the deity in charge of the natural cycle of things.   As a result, the celebration begins by creating a memorial to those who died. This celebrates each creature and plant that each person knows of that died. Once this shrine is created, a circle of fire is lit around it while they sing an ancient song said to thank them for the food that they will eat through the year. The shrine is slowly destroyed by the fire until it is ashes. These ashes are then collected and a great feast is created, with small amounts of the ashes put into several components of the feast. The feast is consumed by all those within a community each stating "Hulana Ovokari", which translates to "Thank you for the cycle", before their first bite of food from the feast.

Ossaman Tribes

The Ossaman Tribes consistently have had intense links with elemental powers and primal magic since their founding. This has lead them to worship of many gods, however they have a keen fondness of the Mother Dragon and the links to the founders of the Ossaman Tribes. As a result, Everbloom Night is a time of celebration for those who are within the primary Ossaman Tribes and its several outreaches around the other Planar portals. On Everbloom Night, the tribal leaders of each location draw upon their magic and create some form of spectacle for each of the people within the location.   After the spectacle, everyone who possesses a fragment of primal energy draws upon it to create a mote of light that is sent into the sky to create one bright light that carries with it a reinvigorating energy that passes through the local area. This emboldens animals and nourishes plants to grow, causing a sensation of blessing across the area that is directly connected to the Natural Mother and her children that are their guides.

Brenariss

Originating within the jungles of the Aonis Wilds, the Brenariss are a culture of primarily humans that are said to originate from a devout collective of the Natural Mother from before The Shatter. The use Everbloom Night, or Mykara Oluk'Torna, as a time to celebrate new life. The day is classed as the main day of celebration for life and is the day upon which many Brenara add one to their age.   The celebration of new life isn't limited to only those who are born within the year, the culture are accepting of those who choose to present themselves in a more true form of themselves. Many individuals who transition their gender find their first Mykara Oluk'Torna as a moment to celebrate the new version of themselves to their family and friends.   As a part of this celebration, all those who are celebrating the start of their existence are marked with yellow powder across their skin that is made from the salve of an ancient tree within the Brenariss culture. A hymn is sung around a firepit and the master of the ceremony uses an ember to burn away the salve and wash the person's life into a new and celebrated form. The culture then gather round and hug each individual before the whole group celebrates with a meal including a drink of bright water for all celebrating new life.

Ilvrassa

Everbloom Night, commonly spoken of as The Night of Lives Transformed, is a memorable day for all Ilvrassa, especially those who still live within communities of other Ilvrassa. It is a day to remember the benevolence of the Natural Mother who allowed members of the Ilvrassa to appear more humanoid and allow them to appear within the world at large. Many Ilvrassa use this day to make a thankful prayer to the natural mother, but others use this time to gather flowers to celebrate the new life they were given. Those who gather flowers use this to decorate their homes with iconography associated with the history of the Ilvrassa or the symbolism of the Natural Mother herself. Several of them gather Emberblooms to hold as the main light source for the night in particular.

I like how it is celebrated differently across different cultures. That always makes a world so rich. I love the idea of releasing the flowers into the sky.
