Bern is an anxious fisherman from Northend. He was found by the The Voyage on the 3rd of Dustwind, near Ashroot tied to his own fishing boat. A group of Sahuagin used him as bait to attack the Voyage.
A week prior he was fishing with his parents, until he apparently got attacked by Sahuagin. He doesn't know what happend to him or his family, as he passed out before seeing his attackers.
The group brought him back to Saltrest, but his parents are still missing. The village promised to take care of Bern as good as they can.
