DHA Headquarters

The DHA Headquarters is a very large building located on the south of Etrea, within a small city called Minas. The building is run by Aria Marosk, and currently has over 400 employees.

Location

The DHA Headquarters is a large, multistory building along Silver Avenue in Minas. The building stands out in the small city, as this predominantly black building stands out against the greys and whites of the others. This was indeed another way of getting attention, which usually worked, especially with tourists.

The DHA Headquarters were constructed in the year 1956 after the organisation continually recieved masses of support, and charities flooded their pockets. They had enough money to rent a small building that became the base for their operation. As they recieved more and more money, grants and support from around the world, this building grew into what it is today.

Design

Building

The large building contains 6 levels, 1 underground and 5 above. The building forms a pyramid shape, with each level being slightly smaller than the one below it, with the roof area used to grow plants; some eaten, some just for decoration. When it doesn't rain for a while, some employee has to go out onto the roof and water them, which is unfortunate if you're afraid of heights because for some reason there are no rails on the roof? Like you'd think there would be, if you have to go on the roof but I guess not.

Surrounding Area

Right in front of the entrance to the DHA Headquarters is a lovely fountain, a night light carved out of granite with water pouring out of its mouth. There are two large parking areas for vehicles and dragons either side of the building, even with a few areas for small incoming spaceships. There are a LOT of trees in the surrounding area of the building, in fact the Headquarters are situated on the edge of the city so they use the surrounding area as an artificial forest. I think their goal was to create new habitats for animals, and it did work as I see lots of cool animals in there when I'm in Minas.
