Caspid is an island located in the Grey Waters in the north of Caia. Historically, it was part of the dragon nation known as the Pid Isles, but this fell apart when the island of Weypid bowed down to the Seruic, the human inhabitants of Serukis to the south. They are currently ruled by the Golden Council.
One of the larger islands in the Grey Waters, Caspid is around fifty miles long from its northermost to southernmost points. The north side of the island is exposed to the worst of the inclement weather, whilst the south side is sheltered by coastal hills. As such, the south part of the island is the most populated, with ample farmland to support Caspid's inhabitants.
Whilst some do reside on the storm-battered north side of the island, it appears to be to show that they can.
