Worm God

Worm Gods are Monoliths who continue to be worshipped even after death. Either in concept or with pilgrimages made to the site of their Divinorium, Sepulchre, or grave.

While this term has expanded into the public tongue to more commonly mean idol worship — venerating the achievements of dead Monoliths long past their shelf life — the origin is of the term is very literal, and a constant source of cults and ghost stories as far back as the tales of magic go, and forever again henceforth.

Certain kinds of rituals, such as seances, are illegal within the vicinity of a Divinorium or Sepulchre. It was the reawakening of a dead soul which gave this title its grim name in the first place.
