The Federation thrives because of the people! The problem is, people like to find themselves in the wrong place.
Two hands make no difference if they are shoveling shit, or wasting away in some podunk desert.
That's why we got the Right to Work, Right to Citizenship program. We can get all those hands in the right place, doing the right work.
The Right to Work, Right to Citizenship program is a Federation of Free Planets employment and relocation program. It's purpose is to move qualified individuals to be employed where they are needed.
There is a controversy of the program however, being an icon of ancient capitalism. Many say the labor given through the RWRC program is cheap, explotative and can even be compared to human trafficking, forcing people from their homes into factories.
