Emporer Clasnithra Khandea originally comissioned Foster from to build models on the full flow of every Rukta within the economy, and to advise on how to control and optimize it. In the search for greater and greater edge over their perceived adversaries (the rest of the world) they made Foster increasingly smart, until the improvement lead to the creation of the first Engine Cores
