Kiev's is an Ancillae, a vampire between 50 - 300 years, so maybe 100 years a vampire.   She joined the Circle of Dust vampire covenant which focuses on wild emotions gaining power and blood magic. I has a short note in her background that she did something that pissed off someone and spent some time in Vampire Torpor as punishment. When staked they are trapped between sleep and waking in torpor, most times as a punishment.
