Don

A small hand full of crime bosses within the Criminal Underworld of the city and ruler of multiple Garristas or under-bosses. There are two major Dons being Balcazar and Killraven. A don usually makes a ward or district their territory competing or cooperating with other Don's in the same ward. “Dona” for females.
