Explorer's Sheet
This document hereby certifies that the holder is a representative of the Explorer's Guild and is afforded the full authority to act in the guild's best interests.
Any complaints or disputes should be handled through a guild representative for appropriate mitigation.
Purpose
This document represents the holder's employment with the Explorer's Guild. This will indicate their Profesional Rank, along with their accumulated wealth, registered equipment, and any personal items... for insurance purposes.
Document Structure
Clauses
The Explorer's guild has separated this document into various sections.
Section 1.
The first section will document the employee, and will register their alignment based on the Room of Pools allignment detector.
Employee designated profession and rank will be recorded.
Section 2.
Various tests will be performed to verify the aptitude of a potential recruit.
Obstacle courses have been constructed to test Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution, while Moral and Intellectual tests will reveal Intelligence and Wisdom. Charisma is assigned by guild staff based on attitude, co-operation, and ability to work with others.
Section 3.
This section corresponds to a person's natural resistance to various attacks. Poisons, Magic Wands, Paralysis, and Breath attacks.
Section 4.
Special Abilities are listed in this section. They can range from a thief's various talents to a list of spells that are registered to that Explorer.
Section 5.
This section will document the registered equipment the Explorer has associated with their personage. This includes magic items, normal items, money, treasure, and anything else the Explorer will claim ownership of.
Caveats
The term of the contract can be terminated by the guild themselves or the Explorer.

When a person signs a contract with the Explorer's Guild, they loose their citizenship from Terris Burg and are subject under the rules and regulations of the Explorer's Guild

Background
The Explorer's Sheet is a key document for any explorer.
Designed by Erin Nyx, it's a condensed version of the record on file. This allows for quick assessments and party recruitments.
Erin has many future plans for this document, but, due to the rushed nature of its creation, it's quite simplistic and vague in some aspects.
She's currently working on an Advanced version but is unsure when this will be implemented, as other tasks have become her priority
History
As Erin's background was in office work and management, she was the perfect choice to create the Explorer's Guild, as she understands how to manage conflicting personality and get them to work together.
This document was created to alleviate the "Headache" of braggating and pomp between potential party members.
Now, members can simply show an official score based on vigorous tests.
Public Reaction
There are mixed feelings with explorers. Some like the idea that they can secure their items and insure them, others value their privacy and begrudgingly object to the registration.
Any object or item is taken from the realm that will be transported back at any point in time.
The concern is that object will be used for barter or trade, and have them vanish back to the realm, leaving the buyer without his wares.
The guild looks down at this sort of behavior, as it affects the reputation and public face of the guild.
