Crestford Manor
The crescent shaped stately home of Lord & Lady Crestford in the countryside of Melesh.
Crestford Manor is one of the oldest buildings in Crestford, Melesh, and is currently home to Lord and Lady Crestford (along with their servants, chefs, groundskeepers and personal guards). Many extravagant parties are held here for the nobility and upper class citizens, particularly artists, potters and fine craftsmen.
The architecture is a visual representation of its name and has an unusual crescent-shaped layout with a large courtyard in the middle. The manor is fortified by a large, imposing stone wall to deter any petty thieves and nosy adventurers and is patrolled by Lord Crestford's personal guards. The courtyard and gardens are open to the public only once a year and people come from huge distances to see the fine sculptures and rare, exotic plants. It's a highly anticipated event!
Alterations
New windows have been added to the west wing of the manor to allow for greater sunlight to enter the revamped artist studios. The view is spectacular and the room is filled with an orange glow as the sun sets on the horizon.
Two additional cellars have been added to the manor since it's construction. The original cellar is situated below the kitchens and holds food reserves and fine wines. A cellar was added beneath each wing for different purposes: the left wing's cellar serves as a safe storage for priceless masterpieces of art and the right wing's cellar is heavily guarded, though the guards are not sure why it is their duty to do so.
