The quaint town of Crestford is tucked away in the hills of Clifton District in North Meles and is home to many fine artists, tailors and ceramicists.
Many nobles from nearby estates visit Crestford to comission portraits, ornate furnishings and exquisite tablewear.

Government

The town is goverend by Lord and Lady Crestford. They treat the wealthy, educated and cultured citizens very well and the town has grown to become a place of high class.
The guards in this town keep order and discourage any bad behaviour. They have been known to give out warnings if they witness poor etiquette.

Defences

The oldest part of the town is fortified by an ancient stone wall that encircles the central part of town. Crestford Manor lies on the outskirts of town away from the noise and smell and has its own grand walls to deter petty thieves and nosy adventurers.

Infrastructure

Crestford is well known for it's Guild of Artisans, an elitist upper class group of painters, potters and craftsmen who aim to create the highest forms of art in the world.
Everybody in town greatly admires them, whilst locals of neighbouring villages regard them as nothing more than rich snobs.

Geography

The town is located inland and has rich forests and ample farmland in the surrounding picturesque countryside. The woods are fantastic for hunting game and the landscape has drawn in many artists to capture it's serene beauty.
