The Ministry of Incorruption is charged with the welfare of the Incorruptible, those Legionnaire citizens who not only can't cast Magic, but also cannot be directly influenced by its spells.
Provisional Election

The democratic process is a point of pride among the Space Defense Legion, and a frequent point of confusion for outsiders granted Citizenship. The Provisional Election was formalized as a mandatory opportunity for new citizens to learn the process.
