The Forest of Mirable

A Cursed Forest

The Forests of Mirable are inhabited by the remnants of the Lorwen -- a subset of the Wood Elves. The forest has been invaded by dark and perverse things, and its nature has been twisted to resemble its newest inhabitants. While the Elves are pushed back into their fortresses to defend against the darkness, the things that creep in the night begin to dominate the woods, and the Elves shrink ever more quickly.

This place was once beautiful, though that was a very while ago.
