in Val'VahanOver Aran rules the Empire of Kilae. The Most Serene Empire of Kilae is an Empire covered mostly in wildlands. Jungles cover the flatlands, mountains line the coastal southern edges, and volcanic steppes and plateaus lay at the eastern end. But the Empire is not wanting for wealth. It has many large, powerful cities along its coast. Premier among these cities is the seat of the Empire, also called Kilae.
