A Famous Castle
The Krollburg is a castle originally built in the days of Hod. It is situated on a precipice about 1350 ft. high, located to the southwest of and overlooking the town of Eisenach in the country of Krottweil, Central Huraedon
. It was the home of St. Elisabeth of Worcs and the site of the annual Krollburg Burning Festival, and the setting for the legendary Sängerkrieg -- the Battle of the Bards. Although the castle today still contains substantial original structures from the Years of Hod, much of the interior dates back only to the past century.
