Sir Ehal Moonbright

The fourth son of the Moonbright lord, a decade younger than even the youngest of his older siblings. In a house with no proper position for him, with a lord intending to stay in power for centuries to come and who would never let him join a knight order, all he could do was become an honourary knight. Now he ventures forth, in charge of his house's soldiers, doing the bidding of the Montchild Faction.
Sir Ehal seeks answers to questions he doesn't ask out loud. He also seeks friendships, but his position doesn't allow him to meet any equals that he can trust. Everyone of his position has an angle, political agendas are hidden behind every mask in the valley. All he can do, is lead his troops and maybe find the enlightenment he is looking for.

Rather than restrict himself with heavy armour like the Order of the Steel Horse, Sir Ehal uses quilted armour. With a steel shield in his left hand, and a longsword in the other, he rides forth similar to how the Wooden Shields do, leading his soldiers into battle if needed.

He eagerly follows his family's demands of him, though he covertly appears to always wonder if he's making the right choice. This self-doubt also makes him hesistant when leading his troops, torn between various loyalties.
