Order of the Steel Horse

Named after their steel equipment, the Order is a heavy cavalry division which is all about defense rather than mobility. Their members don heavy full plates, tower shields, as well as lances and greatswords. Even their warhorses are donned entirely in metal armour. This makes them a dangerous force to face in battle, yet makes them mostly worthless in the valley where mobility is a must to come to the people's aid.
Not that they care, as they proclaim to be about public order, not fighting creatures. They care about their image, not results. Within the old country this worked for them, within the valley their true colours have been exposed and the civilians do not like them.
The Order members are all members of noble families or those that have sworn loyalty to said families. Most of their members are connected to the Montchild faction.
