The Committee for Fair Trade and Lawful Conduct is an intermunicipal organization in the Corgomuran Free Cities established in 801 AB as part of the Corgomuran Accord of 801 to regulate and stimulate economic growth and fiscal education. It ranks all cities according to several criteria, rewarding higher ranked cities with tax and customs benefits while supporting lower ranked cities.
