Altopiani Coalition

The Altopiani Coalition is a sub-coalition within the Corgomuran Free Cities that encompasses the Ciuri cities of the Kaviri Highlands. The coalition is in practice lead by two councils, the council of Draxig and the council of Krath; one council nominates a commissioner, while the other council approves it, with the councils alternating nomination and approval for each new commissioner.
