The Accord Treaty
The Accord Treaty also known as the Reach Concensous is the document defining the articles of association of the reach-wide agreement amongst the biggest corporations and governments of the Core Systems.
The treaty established the creation of the The United Stellar States Accord a completely indipendant organization funded by all government and corporations in order to uphold the peace and make sure that the common person and the rights of all corporations are upheld across the civilized world and its fringe.
Hand in hand with the creation of the USSA the treaty also established the creation of a direct representation senate which is would be the body responsible for the ratification of laws across the worlds of The Reach.
In addition to the foundation of the USSA the treaty also defined a series of rules about the settlement of borders and processes for claiming ownership over star systems and planets as well as intellectual ownership.
As a result of the treaty and within the coming years the USSA has added several more parts to the agreement.
The treaty itself helped bring the whole world onto a new era of peace and prosperity. The USSA and all the bodies created and managed by it are making sure that people across the worlds can enjoy a relatively safe existence.
