There's a rumor that's popular in the border regions of Ghal Pelor. It's a story about a Tengu Town in a heavy coat and hood who wanders the old roads and back country taking on dangerous work and hunting down monsters. Sometimes he takes payment, sometimes he simply shows up and settles the task before moving on again. The rumors vary from town to town, person to person but the only two details that remains the same between each storyteller are this: He wears a sign around his neck that says George and he does it all without uttering a single word.
