Rutpak, Karamaja

A Rutpak is a form of mobile centralized command unique to the Hegemony of Xesian. Through use of highly specialized individuals and equipment, it allows for rapid deployment and efficient coordination of many small forces, known as culkjars, Karamaja. Rutpaks usually operate together under and several can be commanded by a single Karamaja, Xesian.
