Prime Overseer

The Prime Overseer is the representative of the Overseer's Assembly in the Council of Education and it is the only non Magus-Tir to sit in the council. Prime Overseers may not vote in the council, and only serve an advisory role, but can vote on the Overseer's Assembly.

Appointment

The role is rotating between the Branch Overseer of each of the Conclave of Magi branches once every 10 year.
