A Marshal commands an Aderian Royal Army Brigade, with 4-5 Generals under their command, each controlling a Battalion of their own.
Retired marshals may take command of an Aderian Royal Army Division, earning the (informal) rank of either Marshal of the North or Marshal of the South.
