Kenjaral

The Kenjaral is a collection of the 10 most powerful Pashas of the Kenjas of Republic of Kishara. The Kenjaral serve as the republic's parliament and his members vote on rules, laws and other aspects of the state's governing. They are led and govern by the Pashir who is elected from among themselves and is barred from voting on laws but holds a near veto on what discussions held and votes can be brought up by the Kenjaral.
