Asal Kianmehr

Asal Kianmehr (c. 900 BC – c. 10 AC) was a High-Elven philosopher of disputed ancestry from Ashempur, the Ir'vouthor Empire. She was the founder of the Oscilaism school of philosophy, which she taught in Chakkar from about 700 BC and up to her death, though not continually.
