Shadehold Shrine of Night

This simple stone building is concecrated to the Nightwarden. It has a main chambre for prayer, funeral, and other gatherings. There are side-chambres with a scriptorum for the priests serving the temple, some storage, and an examinaiton room for bodies brought to the temple. The outside of the temple structure has imagery dedicated to Eclipse, including raven statues over the entrance and a mural of a waning moon over the sea painted on the side.

The public is usually welcome during the afternoon and into late evenings. Anyone who dies in or near Shadehold has their body brought here as soon as possible. If they are the victom of a suspected crime, this is where the Emerald Guard will retrieve any evidence they can. The examination room is always cool, just above freezing, which helps stave off decay for as long as possible.
