Overview
After her parents had an unfortunate incident in Kyoto, she settled in Iga with her grandparents in 1868. She and her husband were excellent potters who made donabe pots and high-grade tea ware glazed with cobalt and copper. But that was cover for the couple who worked for one of the largest shinobi clans. Kanoko was unable to have children, due to an injury on a mission that left her a widow. This didn't stop her from continuing missions, adopting a son, and searching for her uncle.
