I'm constantly being inspired by music, it's hard to really bring it down to any one genre or song type. If its got a story implied in it, it's inspiring me.That being said, I try to keep my story playlists atleast New Retro Wave adjacent to enforce the vibe in my brain.
This genre captures the vibe of cyberpunk, futuristic cities, and a neon-drenched world. The heavy synths and retro melodies mirror the duality of JauVon—where technological advancement coexists with primal danger. The ambiance evokes the feeling of a city that’s always buzzing, where dark corners hold secrets, and the gleam of metal contrasts with the ancient wilds.
The synth-driven soundscapes, the underlying tension in the beats, and the way it can either uplift or underline a sense of isolation and longing.
