A city made of ice on the containan of Allancia, ruled by the Kingdom of Ncia

Demographics

Mostly Chiuvi, and a few other Vivie who feel they can handle the cold.

Government

They follow all Jaumun laws as well as having a few local laws.

Local Laws

Carving of raw ice shelf is prohibited in summer seasons.

Industry & Trade

Many of the fine delicate arts and metal work created on Jaumun are done here in Ncia. There are also some delicious fatty fish that can only be found in the ice waters and fish farms around the city.
The biggest imports to Ncia are electronics from Ciarn and volcanic sea plants from Coldol.

Infrastructure

There are ice slides that speed up travel when moving about the city.

The city is built into a large ice shelf, most buildings are carved out of ice.
