HavocBreakers who've earned the respect or fear of their fellows and are therefor granted leadership, to an extent. Usually powerful pirate captains that no longer travel, aka have retired. The position, while respected by most, only really has any purpose in Vullavual Laud.

Qualifications

Power, will, and smarts enough to make HavocBreakers and the other HavocLords respect you (and survive their respect).

You rule over a section of Vullavual Laud.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Being overthrown by another lord or lord wanna be, loose the respect or fear that got you where you are, death.
Overthrown does not mean beaten in a fight or challenge, as lords can stay in power as long as the people following them refused to stop doing so.
