Oglana is an Ikaspi underwater settlement off the coast of the Barren, closest to the sacred site known as the Viridian Hollows. Like all Ikaspi settlements, it is formed magically through a mixture of rock and polar corals. The method for forming new buildings is considered to be religious in nature.
