Ocean gelato is a food dish that is popular on the coastal and shallow water regions of Etharai, especially those with particularly warm climates. It is a cold and creamy food, and it can come in a wide variety of flavours, depending on what is available. Ocean pomegranate is one of the more popular flavours, with a nice blue-green tint to it remniscent of the sea. Spellvok candy can also be used to make the treat, giving it a fizzy taste and texture that is popular among children. Gelato made from rainbow coral, when made well, can display multiple different colours swirling together in a beautiful rainbow display. Different regions will have different popular flavours, depending on accessiblity of the ingredients required for each flavour.
