Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).Sauté the mushrooms, shallot, and garlic until softened and golden. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Combine the mushroom mixture with cream cheese and Parmesan.
Place the puff pastry rounds on a baking sheet, spoon the mushroom filling onto each round, and fold the edges slightly.
Bake until golden and puffed, about 15-20 minutes. Drizzle with truffle oil before serving.
