Embershire is the capital city of Winkie Country. A sprawling steam-powered metropolis, the city is a testament to Winkie ingenuity. Technologies developed here include the Tin Transplant, the FireWriter, and the wireless EdenNet network.
The famous Winkie explorer Lüe the Mapmaker was born here, and it is here that she was laid to rest following her tragic murder at the hands of Stagnekad the Defiler.
