Anders Yorickson

Anders Yorickson was the younger brother of Sigrid and the “cool uncle” from Sweden who flew to the States once every few years to visit his only niece, Michaela, whom he doted upon. Until his death in 1987, he was also a beloved figure in the lives of Michaela’s children Michael and Ashley and good buddy of Michaela’s husband Albert.

Together with the bass-playing Albert, Albert’s trumpet-playing father Eli, and Albert’s niece, the guitar- and piano-playing prodigy Veronica Silver, drummer Anders helped fill the yard of Eli’s house down the Cape with music each summer that he visited.
