Phoenix Prophecy

The Prophecy of the Phoenix exists across multiple worlds, races and culture telling the tales of a coming war, a dark war, a Shadow-War. The pieces of the prophecy are fragments of the whole submerged in their current cultures. When the time is right, the signs and portents will present themselves.

Signs & Portents

Some of the signs will be ...   When the dead refuse to give up their body and pass beyond the veil for the long sleep. When the dead become restless continuing to hold claim on their body and walk among the living.     When Heralds of the Unlife gain power and position as captains of the shadow, spreading their masters plans across the many worlds.     When a great plague sweep across the Sons of Forever Years, causing exile and strife greater than the length of living memory.     Visions of other worlds fallen black with the shadow, while the tears of the living swell the lands like rivers of sorrow.
Like a Phoenix reborn from the ashes of death, heroes will rise from every world. They will be pulled by threads of fate and destiny. They will be guided with visions and drawn together. They will swear an oath heard across the realms and be marked from the beginning.

Oath of the Phoenix Watch

Night gathers, and I am reborn to begin my watch.
It shall not end until my death.
I shall take no oath greater than my watch.
I am the sword in the darkness.
I am the watcher in the veil.
I am the fire that burns against the cold,
the light that brings the dawn,
the horn that wakes the sleepers,
the shield that guards the realms of mortals.
I journey where you do not,
in the grey between dusk and dawn,
in this land and beyond.
I pledge my life and honor to "the Watch",
for this night and all the nights to come.

Great read! I'm loving the oath of the Watchers. Sort of creepy, but intriguing as well!   Keep up the good work! :D
