Effects with this trait deals lightning damage, which deals increased damage to soaked and metal targets. The Lightning Bolt from a spell or storm, and Blue Dragon's breath deal lightning damage.
Often, a source with this trait will give Advantage or another benefit when fighing creatures with certain traits, such as Water or Metal traits. Those are baked into the source itself.
