Term: Maneuver

With perfect form, and honed training, a special kind of martial uses their knowledge, instinct and discipline to turn a simple attack into a special, purposeful move. Either one of rising power and overwhelming force, or of taking advantage of tactics or typing. This is called a called a Maneuver.

It is also spelled '-euv-' and not '-euv-' because ■■■■ you.

Maneuvers are granted to anyone with a certain Fighting Style. If the owner of that fighting style has Spell Slots, maneuvers can be used with those.

All maneuvers and such Extraordinary Abilities are not inherently Magical in nature, even if they allow you to do things a weapon isn't known for (such as shouting someone's hand back on).
