Trait: Dispatching⚙️
Dispatching weapons are weapons made to finish or end fights quickly, using deadly and fatal means against Bloodied and Critically Injured targets.
Mechanic⚙️:
Against creatures with the Bloodied condition, this weapon deals additional Force damage equal to your Proficiency Bonus. This effect is also applied if the target was Blockstuned within the last round (starting from the start of the inducing creature's turn).
If the creature is not Bloodied, but the damage from Dispatching would bring it to or below such; they are brought down to the health threshold that would trigger it, after other damaging effects.
